You have a 4-hour window from the time your order is successfully submitted to request any changes or cancellations. During this period, you can contact our team to adjust your order or cancel it entirely. This window is strictly enforced because once an order enters our system, it begins processing automatically. At that point, production, packing, or shipping preparation may already be underway, making changes difficult or impossible.
To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately. You can do this either through our website’s Contact Us page or by emailing support@rabbicast.com. Be sure to include your order number, the name used on the order, and a clear description of the change you’d like to make. The timestamp of your email or ticket submission will be used to confirm eligibility within the 4-hour adjustment window. Acting promptly is critical, as delays may result in your request being ineligible for processing.
Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order generally moves into production or preparation for shipment. At that stage, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. This includes changes to size, color, quantity, personalization, or shipping options. If your request comes after this window and the order has already shipped, you remain responsible for the full purchase amount. Any desired changes must then be handled through our standard return process after the item arrives. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to speed, quality, and reliability for every customer.
Accurate shipping information is critical to a smooth delivery experience. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their address details—including street name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and postal code—are correct before completing their purchase. Even small errors can result in failed delivery attempts, returned packages, or lost items. Providing a complete and accurate address ensures that your order can be delivered without unnecessary delays.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Rabbicast is not liable for any resulting delays, losses, or additional costs. Returned packages due to address errors will require the customer to cover any reshipping fees. If the package is lost or unrecoverable, Rabbicast is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement. This policy ensures fairness, as delivery depends entirely on the accuracy of the information submitted at checkout.
Once a tracking number has been issued and your package is in transit, Rabbicast cannot modify the delivery route or update the shipping address. Any adjustments must be made directly with the carrier, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, according to their policies and fees. At this stage, the carrier controls the shipment, and we cannot override their system.
