A. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Return Window)

We offer a 30-day return period on all eligible items. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to decide whether your item is right for you and to initiate a return request if needed.

Eligibility Guidelines: What Can Be Returned?

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must follow these essential requirements:

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or wear

If you didn’t find a prepaid return label in your package, don’t worry—this is normal. Because every return is unique, we issue custom return instructions for each case.

  • Proof of Purchase (screenshot or order email)
  • Reason for Return
  • Photo or Video Evidence

Required for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Helps us verify the issue quickly and approve the return

What Happens After You Ship Your Return?

Once the item arrives at our facility, our quality assurance team inspects it—typically within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming the return’s status.
If approved, your refund will enter processing immediately.

Refund Timeline:

Rabbicast issues refunds within 14 calendar days of approval

Your bank or card provider may require 3–5 additional business days to finalize posting

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If you receive an item that is:

  1. Damaged
  2. Defective
  3. Incorrect
  4. The wrong size compared to what you ordered

…this is fully our responsibility. Please contact us immediately at support@rabbicast.com so we can send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Rabbicast covers all return shipping costs when we are at fault.

E. Exchanges: When We Can Help

We gladly support exchanges only when the issue is caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Incorrect size from the order
  • Defective or damaged product

If your item qualifies, contact us at support@rabbicast.com, and we will handle the replacement process.
Return shipping is free for cases where Rabbicast is responsible.

F. Refunds: How You Get Your Money Back

After your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

A refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 14 calendar days for processing

Bank or card processing times may add 3–5 more business days

G. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you change your mind right after ordering.
To receive a full cancellation refund, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Why 4 hours?
After this window, your order may enter production or packing, making cancellation difficult or impossible. We will always do our best to assist, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this period.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your shipping details.
We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout.

If an order is lost or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment or unit number
  • Typographical errors
